Hello all I have a 7 month old baby who just loves bananas. Just at the moment, she is not eating a whole one (although she might if I let her) so the rest of the banana goes yuck before the next meal unless we eat it. And of course putting it in the fridge is no good either - it goes brown and horrible and therefore wasted. Just wondering if anyone has tried freezing bananas and whether it is better to freeze them pureed, sliced or whole etc. I know a nice idea for the older ones in the family where you can freeze them on popsticks and (perhaps dip them in chocolate!).
